Our next stop was Ypsilanti, where we would be meeting up with Bob and Judy again. We were staying at the Detroit Greenfield Rv Park, which is located on the shores of a lake, which had a nature trail going around the perimeter. There was lots of interesting ‘things’ for Robbie and Abby to sniff. The sites were nice and long with lots of space between. As our site was at the end, we had even more space.
Ypsilanti is also just a short drive from Ann Arbor that sports an Apple Store, great Jewish Deli ( Zingerman’s that serves great corn beef, although Lynn was disappointed with her Lox and Bagel) and a Whole Foods. There is also a Camping World one exit to the east of the campground.
Next to the Whole Foods is a Mongolian Grill where we ate dinner with Judy and Bob. Very tasty and a great bargin.
Ypsilanti is about 20 miles from the Henry Ford Museum , Greenfield Village and the automotive hall of fame.
